Mai raya rumah kami!

Mai raya rumah kami di Penang. Things are colourful in Malaysia. Various races live on a land in peace.

Muka2 excited nak g jalan and muka ketat sebab kena tunggu train lama, semua ada la. So that was the first time for my family travelling by train. We boarded the train malam raya ke 3. Memang semua bantai tidur je bila dah dapat seats.

Sampai je Bukit Mertajam, selesai solat semua, Cik Mat jemput balik rumah dia. We all visited Penang pon sebab ada baby baru. My new anak buah yang nama dia pon I couldn't remember. Nur Izzah Batrisyia kot? So that little princess was the biggest reason we came all the way from southern Malaysia.

Also, the other reason was ibu dapat free hotel voucher as she is holding a membership card of one travel agency. So dapat lah kitorg stay Copthorne Orchid Penang. Supposed the stay untuk a couple je, so they provided only two small double beds. Tapi, kitorang lah jadi PATI kejap kat situ, stay sampai 6 orang sebilik. But who cares. Janji dapat tidur, kan? Hotel punya lah penuh, orang datang holiday la, raya la. Kat bawah ni view from our room la. Since hotel ni dah kne cover dek bangunan The Cove, so x de la nampak laut luas sangat from the balcony. Belah kanan gambar pulak nampak Balik Pulau.

The sisters were crazily jumping.

Raya 2012 ni jugak adalah masa menjejak kasih. Since adik kepada nenek belah ayah je yang masih hidup and berada di utara Malaysia, kitorang pon round lah Penang and Kedah demi mencari sepupu-sepupu ayah and ibu saudaranya. First time lah kitorang adik beradik jumpa diorang. Awkward?

Aktiviti sampingan? Camwhore dan melawat Penang la. I was amazed by the old houses and buildings that are still preserved by the government. My brother said Penang and Melaka are historical, so the buildings cannot be demolished and have to be well maintained.

Ni x tau lambang pe, tapi dekat Gurney Drive la. Apparently my little brother submitted this photo as his supportive document of his assignment. Guess what, his lecturer said it's beautiful and have artistic value in the architectural view.

This clock tower was to commemorate Queen Elizabeth which was once a ruler to this country. Sorry for the angle of shooting as this photo was taken from a car. Along drove laju gila sampai x sempat nak snapshot lawa2.

Ni bangunan apa pon tak tahu. I think it's the parliament house of Penang as pejabat negeri memang located next to this building. I could not really remember, but I guessed so la.

Speaking of Penang, I'm sure people will hunt for foods. So do we. Ayah beriyer gila ajak makan nasi kandar and many relatives suggested us to try at Kapitan. Memang sedap, but since we had good breakfast that morning, masing2 punya selera were not as big as usual la.

Area Kapitan restaurant tu memang kawasan Little India. So sempat jugak la ibu shopping baju sehelai dua kat situ. Memang rasa cuti2 Malaysia la masa jalan2 sebab dengan kamera besar ambil gambar merepek2. Haha. Macam-macam ada. Various maruku, saree, flowers for worship, kedai sembelih daging, tailor shop and etc.

Pergi dengan train, balik pon dengan train. We headed back to KL also at night. Terbungkang lah semua dalam train lagi. Time neh aku memang 'syahid' awal x sedar pape dah. Haha. I had nice times together with my siblings and parents. Everyone seemed satisfied with the trip and none of us meragam and buat muka. Yeay!
